T-mobile iPhone users are going through a critical stage by experiencing random freezes, restarts and battery issues, it all started happening 24 hours ago and believe me you are not alone. T-Mobile users from all over the place are venting their rage on social media channels as their iPhones have decided to go haywire. The glitches include random freezes and occasional restarts usually preceded by – hold on to your hats – a blue screen of death.
There’s no official word yet on what’s going on exactly, but according to MacRumors, it’s been affecting iPhone 5S, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus devices running iOS 8.1 or 8.3. It is also recently reported that the company suspects it’s a memory problem and advises subscribers to do a hard reset, clear out old text messages if that doesn’t work, or to do a full factory restore if all else fails.
Neither Apple nor T-Mobile have publicly explained what’s happening yet, though the carrier hinted it might be something to do with the phone’s memory. T-Mo suggested clearing old text messages, doing a hard reset or restoring the device to factory settings if all else fails. However, some users also reported improvements after turning off Wi-Fi calling.
